W. F. Manchester. Bio.
 William F. Manchester was born in Wilmington,  Delaware.  He has been published in two hardbound anthologies,
“Through Sun and Shower” and “American at the Millennium” (The International Library of Poetry), and in one softbound anthology,
“Palingenesis” (Delaware First State Writers ).  See review of "Palingenesis in Dreamstreets No 43 In 2000, he was nominated as the
 “Poet of the Year” by the International Society of  Poets. His  poem, “The Pillbox,” was published in “Dreamstreets Press,”
No. 41 (2001) (a local literary  publication).   And “Next Level Latino” magazine published “Elephant  Grass” in its first edition,
October 11, 2002. He brings the experiences of a lifetime to his work and is capable of producing wonderfully poignant poetry
on virtually any subject.
